Well, I know I haven't posted on here in about....oh......forever, so here's what's up. April's Uncle and his wife were down here for 4 days over Labor Day weekend, that was fun. Um...I got my 2 year review for my job at Monaco Coach Corp. the other day, so now I have 2 weeks paid vacation every year. No raise though, that kinda sucks. April and the kids are doing great, those kids grow so fast, it's amazing. I was looking at one of Ciera's baby pics the other day and it's crazy to think she's gonna be 2 in Dec. If anyone didn't know, we're going to be in Hawthorne around the end of December to go and visit everyone, and we're really looking forward to it. My mom's side of the family is having there family reunion in May next year, in Hawthorne, and they're trying to get us to go to that too. Don't know for sure on that at the moment. <br /><br />So I figure that should do for now, I'll try to get on here more and lete you guys know how things are from time to time. Take care everyone.

So in one week (roughly), it'll be Hailee's 3rd birthday. It's gonna be cool. We've been working on the backyard a lot, and we're gonna have the party there I think. Probably bar-b-que. We're getting her a tv and DVD player for her room, then we can take back the living room, then the world! Ha ha ha.! sorry. Scott, I hope that works for you man, no one should have to suffer with that stomach pain like you have. By the by, me and April talked about it, and if it's still cool with you we're gonna come and visit you around the beginning of July. I'll get back to you with exact dates as soon as they are known. Well gotta go for now. I'll try to write more soon tonight, if not then this weekend. Later.

So I get home from work today and come to find out I'm now an uncle. My sister had her baby this afternoon. I'm officially an Uncle Tom (giggles to self). Had a pretty good weekend, cleared out the backyard on Sat. and had the in-laws and April's brother over for a bar-b-q, so that was fun.. Other than that, the last few days have been a little blah. Well, it's really late so I think I'll go to bed.

<lj:music>"Valley Winter Song" by Fountains of Wayne</lj:music>

So here it is folks, my first journal entry. I actually feel prety good about this. I like the fact that I can now let everybody know what's up at any time.So the family is good, Hailee's gonna be 3 in May, trips me out if I think about it too much. Ciera's saying something new every day, but she still isn't completely walking all that well yet. Oh well, she's getting better, she'll be there soon. April's doing well, her birthday's gonna be in a few months, so that'll be fun. <br /><br /> Oh, before I forget, everyone should check out the song "Unwell" by Matchbox Twenty. Amazing. That song makes me forget where I am when I hear it, I just close my eyes and listen. <br /><br /> So this is kinda weird, I'm new at this typing in what I'm thinking thing. But I probably should wrap this up here. My kids are gonna wake up any minute now. Just a quickie post to let folks know I'm going to keep a journal now.
